Did you know that waste collection from holiday homes is no longer classed as domestic waste but commercial waste?

This means that waste from holiday properties is no longer collected by the normal domestic waste disposal services, such as the local authorities and must be collected by a commercial entity.

Turnaround Property Management’s waste collection arm, Turnaround Waste Collections, is fully licensed and registered and can arrange for regular Waste Collections from your holiday home in North Cornwall.

Not only do Turnaround Waste Collections collect waste regularly but we can provide your guests with high quality waste bags for use during their stay. Our waste bags can be used for general waste, cardboard, aluminium, plastic and glass. Our waste collection procedures are easy to follow so your guests won’t have difficulty placing their waste in the correct places.

As with all of our services, we undertake them to the highest possible standard, and refuse to neglect even the smallest details like some of our competitors. We will remove waste, including loose waste left in bins, and clean the bins so that your next set of guests are met by a completely clean property, including the waste areas.

Turnaround Waste Collections also provide other services such as house clearances, ‘tip’ runs, removal of old appliances and bulky items.
